In order to get your car out of our impound yard you MUST
be the registered owner of the car according to the state.
(a signed title means nothing until it is put into your name at
the tax collectors office) or with the State Highway Safety
& Motor Vehicle Department.

In order to pick up a vehicle you need to present one of the
following identifications.

• a valid US or Canadian drivers licence
  
• a valid US or Canadian government issued PHOTO ID
  card*
  
• a photo passport*
  
• If D.U.I. than the D.U.I. ticket as long as it is marked
  legible "eligible for permit" and you are within the
  time period.
  

The above mentioned id's are the only ID we will accept to
release your car. Please come with the proper credentials.

If you can't come into our office yourself to pick up the vehicle and have to send a representative to pick it up for you please download this form and have it filled out and notarized. Send it in with your representative, or fax it to 866-746-0076.
